Because of recent events involving
unscrupulous people selling memorabilia we at Sportmemorabilia have
decided to up the security on all items we sell, as well as giving ALL
of our items a certificate of authenticity we will also fix a
security number to the item as well as to the certificate of
authenticity this number will correspond to all of the details about the
item, the items source as well as the persons who makes the purchase
name address and price they paid for it. This gives customers the
knowledge that there item has been sourced from a truly reliable place
and also gives the customer the knowledge that if they sell or loose the
item they can prove that where and at what cost the item cost. |

from sportmemorabilia you will recieve a COA like the one above. |

There will also be a corresponding label attached to your item.

It has become very apparent that there are
some seriously bad people out there who have seen the memorabilia market
as an easy way of making money, One way of protecting yourself is make
sure the person who sells you an item issues you with a certificate of
authenticity with there name and address (if they do not give you this
or give you someone else's Certificate of Authenticity DO NOT BUY IT!
as they are passing the history back to who they bought it from and you
will not be able to get a refund. Also ask for a receipt and get it
signed also make sure they are members of the UACC , then if you
are not happy you have a backup and can go back to this person. |
